THE FINK DEVELOPMENT MEMBERSHIP

Trainings will be scheduled on various days/times throughout the year, always optimizing for times when we believe most people will be available.

If you can't attend during that time or miss a training, no worries! As part of your membership, you will receive a library of all of our recorded trainings.

You will receive 2 guest passes per month, and you can invite anyone you'd like and invite them to whichever training you would like. Our only request is that you invite individuals who are eager to learn about the topic being offered, and have some level of interest in growing personally or professionally. We want to create a safe space of people who are really excited to be there. 

We have a diverse network of coaches, trainers, and subject matter experts who will be offering trainings throughout the year. We only recruit the best and work with each trainer to customize each training and ensure it will be the best learning experience possible for our members. See some of our upcoming trainings here.

All of your training topics will be related to career, communication, and leadership development. That being said that covers a wide-range of topics, so if you're really interested in seeing a particular topic, pitch it to us, and if there's good demand for it we'll do our best to line it up for you! This membership is meant to be a community for people to learn and grow, so of course, we want to know what you're interested in learning about!
